The Moose Jaw Vitality Project isn’t a fixed protocol that every participant follows in the same way. It’s a set of resources, tools, education, and support that you engage with based on your goals, your pace, and your decisions.
What does your blood chemistry say about how your cells are actually performing? Is your brain function where it should be for your age? Are you getting stronger or weaker year over year?
Most people have no idea. Not because the information doesn’t exist, but because accessing it requires months of appointments, referrals, and fragmented results that are hard to interpret on your own.
The Moose Jaw Vitality Project changes that. In a single visit, you receive a comprehensive set of health assessments that together reveal where your body and brain stand today — not in vague terms, but in specific, measurable detail.
Each person’s needs are assessed individually upon joining.
Your path through the program is shaped by what matters most to you.
Start with workshops, webinars, and the Dr. Goodenowe ENGAGE community online platform. Build understanding of your own health before deciding on next steps. Many participants begin here.
Move into comprehensive health assessments to see where your biomarkers and functional health stand. Use your data to make informed, self-directed decisions.
Connect with a community of people on the same journey. Get personal guidance from the team. Find support for whatever health goals brought you here.
The first step is simple — call, email, or visit the Dr. Goodenowe Community Health location at Town and Country Mall.
From there, the team sits down with you to understand your goals and figure out which parts of the program make the most sense for you. Not everyone begins in the same place, and that’s by design.
Moose Jaw residents of all ages are welcome — families, young adults, and seniors alike. Whether you’re managing an existing health concern, exploring longevity, or simply curious, the program is designed to meet you where you are.
There is no cost to participate. Ever.

Your needs are individually assessed and your program is shaped around your goals
Start with education, assessments, community, or all three — whatever fits
Ongoing monitoring, support, and access for as long as you choose to be involved
This is where many participants begin, and for some it's the most valuable part of the entire program. You don't need to commit to assessments or supplementation to benefit from what the project offers.
A digital learning community with educational content, research updates, and structured lessons. Connect with other participants, share experiences, ask questions, and learn at your own pace.
In-person education at the Community Health Centre. Understand your biomarkers in plain language, learn what influences them, and build the knowledge to make confident decisions.
Personal support to help you navigate your health data and make informed, self-directed decisions about nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle based on your individual situation.
Group learning, shared experiences, and the value of being surrounded by people on the same journey. The Engage Cafe at the centre is also open to the public as a welcoming community gathering space.
Available to enrolled participants based on their individual program. Assessments are repeated over time so you can track what's changing.
Comprehensive biomarker analysis for metabolic and systemic health
Advanced 3T structural brain imaging
EEG-based neurological assessment
ECG and 24-hour heart monitoring
Spirometry measuring respiratory capacity
Muscle, fat, and fluid distribution analysis
Grip, gait, balance, and functional capacity
Processing speed, memory, and performance
Functional sensory assessments
When your assessments or your own learning reveal areas you want to address, the program provides self-directed strategies tailored to your situation.
Evidence-based supplementation strategies based on your biomarker data. Participants make their own decisions over time based on what they learn through the program's webinars and resources. This is self-directed, not prescribed.
Support around the factors that influence your biochemistry: activity, sleep, stress, nutrition, and social connection. Practical, personal, and built around what your data shows.
Follow-up assessments at regular intervals let you see what's changing. Your approach adapts as your data evolves, giving you a picture that gets more valuable over time.
Every decision is yours. The program educates and supports — it does not prescribe, diagnose, or treat. You're encouraged to share results with your own health professionals.
Enrolled participants can book time with in-facility wellness technologies that support circulation, recovery, and physical performance.
Altitude simulation supporting cardiovascular conditioning and recovery
Targeted muscle recovery and strength building
Supporting circulation and mitochondrial function
Detailed muscle, fat, water, and metabolic measurement
You're not handed information and left to figure it out alone. The Moose Jaw Vitality team provides ongoing guidance, encouragement, and support for as long as you're involved.
Whether you need help understanding your assessments, deciding on next steps, or simply want someone to talk to about your health goals — real people are here for you. Every step of the way.
The support is personal, compassionate, and designed to meet you wherever you are in your health journey. No judgment. No pressure. Just people who care.
Health data is only valuable if it leads somewhere. When your assessments reveal that specific biomarkers or functional measures are below optimal levels, the program helps you understand what that means and what your options are.
The focus is always on the biochemistry itself — what your body needs to function at its best, and how nutritional, lifestyle, and environmental factors influence those levels.
The program looks at what your body needs, not at what condition you may or may not have. If your levels are suboptimal, you learn what supports healthy levels. The approach is the same for everyone.
Data identifies what's below optimal
Learn what those levels mean and what influences them
Access self-directed strategies based on your data
Follow-up assessments show what's changing over time
The program is open to participants aged 2 and older. Parents and children, young adults and seniors, people in excellent health and those managing existing conditions. There are no exclusions based on health status.
Whether you’re here for longevity, for answers, for education, or for community — the program adapts to you.
Families often find that participating together creates a shared foundation for healthier decisions at home.
This is a new kind of community initiative, and it’s natural to have questions about how it works. Here’s what’s important to know.
The Moose Jaw Vitality Project is not a medical program or clinic. No diagnoses are made. No treatments are provided. No prescriptions are written. No medical advice is given. The team does not communicate with your personal health professionals on your behalf.
All participation is self-directed. You make your own choices based on the information and education the program provides. The assessments are strictly informational — designed to give you and your health professionals better data to work with, not to replace medical care.
We encourage every participant to share their health data with their own doctor. The more information your health professional has, the better they can support you.
Whether you want to learn first, get assessed, or just find out what the project is about, the door is open.
