1
📊

Get Assessed

A comprehensive suite of evaluations captures your current health across every major domain — blood, brain, heart, body, cognition, and more. One visit. One day.

2
💡

Understand Your Data

Education and support help you make sense of your results. What's optimal, what's suboptimal, and what the science says about why those levels matter.

3
🌱

Act On Your Terms

Self-directed health programs give you access to nutritional and lifestyle strategies based on your individual results. Every decision is yours.

What We Measure

What it tells you — and why it matters

Every assessment answers a specific question about your health. Together, they create the most complete picture most people have ever had.

🩸 Blood Biochemistry

+
Your blood carries a detailed record of what's happening inside your cells. This panel evaluates metabolic markers, nutritional status, inflammation indicators, lipid profiles, and specialized biomarkers including plasmalogen levels and essential fatty acid balance. It's about understanding whether the biochemical machinery that keeps you healthy is running at optimal levels.

🧠 Brain Function & Imaging

+
EEG-based assessment measures how your brain processes information — an objective, trackable baseline. Advanced 3T MRI provides detailed structural imaging, giving you and your health professionals a level of visibility that most people never access outside of a specialist referral.

❤️ Cardiac Health

+
ECG monitoring evaluates your heart's electrical activity and rhythm. Combined with blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate, this gives a functional picture of cardiovascular health.

💪 Body Composition & Physical Performance

+
Advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis measures muscle mass, body fat, and water distribution. Grip strength, gait analysis, balance, and mobility assessments evaluate your functional physical capacity — among the most reliable indicators of overall vitality.

🫁 Lung Function

+
Spirometry measures how effectively your lungs move air. Simple, non-invasive, and revealing about respiratory capacity and function.

🎯 Cognition, Vision & Hearing

+
Standardized cognitive assessments evaluate processing speed, memory, and performance. Vision and hearing are assessed to complete the functional picture. Every result establishes a baseline that becomes more valuable over time.

📋 Quality of Life

+
Validated questionnaires capture your subjective experience — fatigue, stress, sleep quality, physical activity levels, and overall wellbeing. How you feel matters just as much as what the numbers say.

What happens when something isn't optimal

When your assessments reveal that specific biomarkers or functional measures are below optimal levels, the program's education and support resources help you understand what that means and what your options are.

The focus is always on the biochemistry itself — on understanding what your body needs to function at its best and how nutritional, lifestyle, and environmental factors influence those levels.

The program looks at what your body needs, not at what condition you may or may not have. If your levels are suboptimal, you learn what supports healthy levels. The approach is the same for everyone.

Every age. Every starting point.

The program is open to participants aged 2 and older. Parents and children, young adults and seniors, individuals in excellent health and those managing existing conditions — everyone starts with the same assessments, the same access to education, and the same opportunity to understand and optimize their own health.

Families often find that participating together creates a shared foundation for healthier decisions at home.

A few things worth saying clearly

The Moose Jaw Vitality Project is not a medical clinic. No diagnoses are made. No treatments are provided. No prescriptions are written. The assessments are strictly informational — designed to give you and your health professionals better data to work with, not to replace medical care.

If your results reveal something that needs clinical attention, the best next step is always a conversation with your doctor, armed with information most patients never have.

The Moose Jaw Vitality Project gives you a complete picture of your health at the biochemical, physiological, and functional level — and the education and support to act on what it reveals.

## SECTION 1 — THE PREMISE

**Section Heading:**
The question most people can’t answer

**Body:**
How are your plasmalogen levels? What does your blood chemistry say about how your cells are actually performing? Is your brain function where it should be for your age? Are you getting stronger or weaker year over year?

Most people have no idea. Not because the information doesn’t exist, but because accessing it requires months of appointments, referrals, and fragmented results that are hard to interpret on your own.

The Moose Jaw Vitality Project changes that. In a single visit, you receive a comprehensive set of health assessments that together reveal where your body and brain stand today — not in vague terms, but in specific, measurable detail.

## SECTION 2 — HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS (Overview)

**Section Heading:**
Measure. Understand. Optimize.

**Body:**
The program follows a straightforward path.

First, you’re assessed. A comprehensive suite of evaluations captures your current health across every major domain — blood biochemistry, brain function, cardiac health, physical performance, body composition, cognition, vision, hearing, and quality of life.

Then, you learn what it means. The education component helps you understand your results in plain language. What’s optimal, what’s suboptimal, and what the science says about why those levels matter for how you feel, function, and age.

Then, you act on it — on your own terms. Through self-directed health programs, you have access to nutritional and lifestyle strategies designed to support optimal biochemistry and function. What you do with that information is up to you. You’re also encouraged to share your results with your own health professionals to inform your personal healthcare decisions.

This cycle repeats over time. Ongoing assessments let you track your progress, see what’s changing, and adjust your approach accordingly.

## SECTION 3 — THE ASSESSMENTS (Detailed)

**Section Heading:**
What we measure — and what it tells you

**Intro text:**
Every assessment is designed to answer a specific question about your health. Together, they create the most complete picture most people have ever had of their own body and brain.

### Blood Biochemistry

Your blood carries a detailed record of what’s happening inside your cells. The Vitality Project’s blood chemistry panel goes well beyond a standard requisition. It evaluates metabolic markers, nutritional status, systemic inflammation indicators, lipid profiles, and specialized biomarkers including plasmalogen levels and essential fatty acid balance.

This isn’t about diagnosing disease. It’s about understanding whether the biochemical machinery that keeps you healthy is running at optimal levels — and identifying where it isn’t.

### Brain Function

Using EEG-based assessment technology, the program evaluates how your brain processes information. This provides an objective, measurable picture of neurological function — not a diagnosis, but a baseline you can track over time.

### Brain Imaging

Advanced 3T MRI provides detailed structural imaging of the brain. This data becomes part of your health profile, giving you and your health professionals a level of visibility that most people never access outside of a specialist referral.

### Cardiac Health

ECG monitoring evaluates your heart’s electrical activity and rhythm. Combined with other vital sign measurements — blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate — this gives a functional picture of cardiovascular health.

### Body Composition

Using advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis, the program measures your muscle mass, body fat, water distribution, and overall body composition in detail. This goes far beyond stepping on a scale — it tells you what your weight is actually made of.

### Lung Function

Spirometry measures how effectively your lungs move air. It’s a simple, non-invasive assessment that reveals a great deal about respiratory capacity and function.

### Physical Performance

Hand grip strength, timed mobility, gait analysis, and dynamic balance assessments evaluate your functional physical capacity. These are among the most reliable indicators of overall health and vitality, and they’re measurable in minutes.

### Cognitive Function

Standardized cognitive assessments evaluate processing speed, memory, and overall cognitive performance. Like every other assessment in the program, these establish a baseline that becomes more valuable over time as you track changes.

### Vision and Hearing

Both sensory systems are assessed to establish your current functional levels — providing data points that are easy to overlook but important to track.

### Quality of Life

A set of validated questionnaires captures your subjective experience — fatigue, stress, sleep quality, physical activity levels, and overall wellbeing. These self-reported measures are essential because how you feel matters just as much as what the numbers say.

## SECTION 4 — THE OPTIMIZATION FRAMEWORK

**Section Heading:**
What happens when something isn’t optimal

**Body:**
Health assessments are only valuable if they lead somewhere. The Vitality Project doesn’t just hand you a binder of results and send you home.

When your assessments reveal that specific biomarkers or functional measures are below optimal levels, the program’s education and support resources help you understand what that means and what your options are. The focus is always on the biochemistry itself — on understanding what your body needs to function at its best and how nutritional, lifestyle, and environmental factors influence those levels.

The self-directed health programs available through the Vitality Project provide access to targeted nutritional strategies based on your individual results. If your plasmalogen levels are low, you learn what plasmalogens do and what supports healthy levels. If your essential fatty acid balance is off, you learn why that matters and what to consider. The approach is the same regardless of who you are or what brought you here — the program looks at what your body needs, not at what condition you may or may not have.

Every decision about what to do with your results is yours. The program educates and supports. It does not prescribe, diagnose, or treat. You are always encouraged to work with your own health professionals, and your data is designed to be shared with them.

## SECTION 5 — FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

**Section Heading:**
Every age. Every starting point.

**Body:**
The program is open to participants aged 2 and older. That means parents and children, young adults and seniors, individuals in excellent health and those managing existing conditions — everyone starts with the same assessments, the same access to education, and the same opportunity to understand and optimize their own health.

Children participate with parental consent, and assessments are adapted as appropriate for age. Families often find that participating together creates a shared foundation for healthier decisions at home.

## SECTION 6 — WHAT THIS IS NOT

**Section Heading:**
A few things worth saying clearly

**Body:**
The Moose Jaw Vitality Project is not a medical clinic. No diagnoses are made. No treatments are provided. No prescriptions are written. Dr. Dayan Goodenowe holds a PhD — he is not a medical doctor.

The assessments are strictly informational. They are designed to give you and your health professionals better data to work with — not to replace medical care. If your results reveal something that needs clinical attention, the best next step is always a conversation with your doctor, armed with information most patients never have.

The self-directed health programs provided through the Vitality Project are offered by Dr. Goodenowe Perpetual Health LLC at no cost to Moose Jaw residents. Participation is voluntary, self-directed, and entirely on your terms.

## NOTES FOR SHANNON

**Compliance architecture on this page:**

This is the most compliance-sensitive page on the site. Here’s what’s built into the copy:

1. NO DISEASE NAMES — not one condition is mentioned anywhere. Not autism, ALS, Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, or anything else. The closest it gets is “those managing existing conditions” in the family section, which is deliberately vague and inclusive.

2. THE OPTIMIZATION FRAMEWORK — “if your plasmalogen levels are low, you learn what plasmalogens do and what supports healthy levels.” This is pure structure/function language. The deficiency is the subject, not the disease behind it. This is the key paragraph on the entire site.

3. SELF-DIRECTED — appears multiple times. The program educates and supports. The participant decides what to do. No prescribing, no treating.

4. PHD NOT MD — stated explicitly in the “what this is not” section.

5. NOT A MEDICAL CLINIC — clear, direct, no ambiguity.

6. “HEALTH PROFESSIONALS” — used consistently. Not doctors, physicians, or practitioners.

7. INFORMATIONAL ONLY — assessments are informational. Results are for the participant and their own health professionals.

8. DGPH DISCLOSURE — present but not dominant. Footer disclosure from the homepage also covers this.

**What this page does NOT do:**
– It doesn’t list specific supplements or products
– It doesn’t name any branded assessment technology (NeuroCatch, InBody770, BioMetrix) — those are trademarked names that tie back to commercial products. If you want them on the site, they should be on a sub-page or in fine print, not in the main copy.
– It doesn’t make any outcome promises (“you’ll feel better,” “your levels will improve”)
– It doesn’t describe the mechanism of action for any supplement

**Things to confirm with Dr. Goodenowe:**
1. Is “plasmalogen levels” okay to name on a public-facing page? It’s structure/function when discussed as a biomarker, but it’s closely associated with the Prodrome commercial brand. If he’d rather keep it general, I can swap to “specialized lipid biomarkers.”
2. Are there branded names he wants on the site (BioMetrix NeuroMRI, BioMetrix BioScan, NeuroCatch)? They can go on a more detailed sub-page if so.
3. The “what happens when something isn’t optimal” section walks right up to the line. It’s clean, but Dr. Goodenowe should read it and confirm he’s comfortable with the framing.

**Design notes:**
– Section 3 (the assessments) is long and detailed. In Elementor, I’d suggest an accordion or tabbed layout so users can expand the ones they’re interested in without scrolling through a wall of text.
– The illustration from Section 1 (the orbiting assessment nodes) could be reused or referenced here as a visual anchor.
– Section 4 (optimization framework) deserves visual weight — this is the “aha” moment of the page.
